Review process

Each article will undergo plagiarism checking and a peer review process by independent experts in the fields of sports and medical research. Authors will be informed of the review results and any suggestions for revisions. The journal follows an a double-blind review process:

Informed Consent Statement: Articles reporting research involving human subjects should include this statement. Written informed consent for publication must be obtained from identifiable participants (including the participants themselves).”

Detailed Description of the Double-Blind Review Process:

Authors submit their articles to the journal for publication. In the case of a double-blind review process, author’s identifying information is removed or concealed from the reviewers.

The Editor-in-Chief or responsible editors select appropriate reviewers to assess the work. Reviewers are typically experts in the subject matter of the article.

Before sending the article for review, the editorial team removes all author identifiers from the manuscript. This means that author names, institutional affiliations, and other identifying information are concealed.

Reviewers assess the article without knowledge of the authors’ identities. This ensures that they do not know the authors identities or affiliations. Reviewers evaluate the article for quality, originality, research methodology, results, and conclusions.

Each reviewer prepares an independent review, providing their comments, opinions, and any suggestions for the article.Reviews should be based on the merits of the work rather than the authors’identities.

The Editor-in-Chief or overseeing editors consider the reviewers’ feedback and make decisions regarding the next steps. The decisions may include acceptance, acceptance with revisions, rejection, or further rounds of review.

In some cases, reviewers may also provide comments and suggestions that are relayed to the authors. Authors then have the opportunity to improve their article before re-review or acceptance.

The double-blind review process aims to ensure objectivity and fairness in the evaluation of scientific articles. Reviewers are impartial, as they are unaware of the author’s identities, helping to prevent biases. This is an essential part of the scientific publication process, contributing to the quality and credibility of research.
